Basically, this building is divided into 3 groups of areas, the first is public space, lobby and dining, the second is a private area for the family or owner house, and the last is the guest room.

Each of these areas has a different building level according to the existing slope conditions on the land.

The concept of this building carries a tropical eclectic style which is made very simple and with minimal ornamentation.

The installation and pattern of brick are the main highlights.

To take advantage of the existing view and harmony with the landscape, this building uses a lot of large openings and glass.
