This building using cut and fill system for the design, which every floor level goes downstair, so that not much change from the existing form and conditions.

In addition to the contour condition of the site, the challenge in designing this building is the circulation and inter-space relationship.

Because the main function of this building itself is the factory, then the circulation between goods, people, and goods and people is very important to make an effective and efficient spatial design.
